I recently joined as software company. I am reproducing the strange email I received from the HR Dept:

sub: Santa selected you to be the Secret Santa for (My Boss) Here is his address.

The same day I received a gift (wallet) from my colleague. I realise it is my duty to gift my boss that let him know 'that he is valued and special. Since he is in senior management level, I am confused about selecting the right gift. I request you all to give me affordable gifting suggestions to make it memorable.

1. Books - if he is a good reader/ may inculcate the habit of reading. try to include books from leadership category. Eg https://www.amazon.in/Start-Why-Leaders-Inspire...
2. Some show pieces that he/she can use on their work desk.
3. Pens - in this digital era, it is still valued by some.
