best way to pay credit card bill and get some benefit or incentive out of it ?

I am going to pay credit card bills of around 70000 is there a way to get some benefit out of it heard about postpe paying cashback against bill payment is it real worth it ? If not is there any other good way of paying bill and get benefit

U wil get a maxx cb of 1000 per month for all payments.
For cc bills u wil get 100 for 5k payment.
Already am using it.
