Beware of items ordered from 2GUD website (launched by Flipkart)

Flipkart recently launched 2GUD website for refurbished items like mobile , laptops etc .
So because of brand name Flipkart , I ordered Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 mobile phone after checking specs and other info , which was delivered today .
I opened the package and found that box packing is not of samsung , it was generic packing by 2GUD , still OK . I checked box and it mentioned same model which i ordered .
I opened the box and checked device , it was in average condition with minor damage on screen , then i checked device info and found it is different model which neither have same screen size , nor have full hd display , also battery was just 2300mah . i also checked IMEI , it was same as packing means they knew it already that it is different model .
Then i google and found out that it is Galaxy A5 Duos model (2015) .
2GUD website proudly mention that device has gone through 47 quality checks . Now only they know after such checks how they mention IMEI of old model with box of new model .
So just be alert and check you device properly after delivery .

I ordered A5 2017 for 5k from shreyash retail / reailnet and got A5 2015 
May be they sent u the same mobile i returned 
why u all ordering old outdated phones what for???
2GUD is too bad , don’t order anything from this crap sh*t site

I placed return request , pickup boy from ekart team told me charger is of ERD not of samsung so they can not return . but i received only that charger (2gud team also confirmed they sent ERD only)
I placed call back request from 2 gud and they took complaint and after 2 hours another person picked up the phone but no return slip .
later i checked status , it was showing return cancelled , i got shocked .
next day they again took complaint and then after cross check they confirmed they got returned phone and refunded money .
today their manager from bengaluru called me and said sorry and offered compensation , told her no free money will compensate my time so check why such things happened and should not be happened in future .
I will suggest people to buy from 2BAD only if deal is 2GUD to ignore . they need time to get things correct first .
You will get ERD Charger only
Even if the phone supports fast charging, they will only send those crap ones 
i am purchase One Plus 3T from 2GUD but before it delivered i will cancel it. They accept cancel request and confirm refund but still my refund not yet received
I got fooled by the brand refurbished tag from the seller, got a Bose Soundlink 2 mini. It’s not refurbished and sold by Bose, I checked with Bose support. Bose India does not market or sell refurbished products. These are products that the seller serviced at Bose service centre and comes with 1 year warranty as per service bill date. However in my case I never got service bill and product was defective.
Not even a single point mentioned about Bose soundlink 2 that I purchased was true.
1. Certified by professionals – NO WAY
2. Working – NO, its defective. Its not turning on.
3. Superb Condition – NO, its infact pathetic condition.
4. Original accessories – NO. Power adaptor pin was missing, cradle was white colour, third party USB cable, accessories box was of another product. User manual was also missing. I checked with Bose support and they said it needs to be serviced and they won’t accept the brand warranty since it’s not authorised by Bose. Bose gives 1 year warranty for all products they service but this one does not have the service bill. I got a Bose Soundlink Color and I know how Bose warranty works, I had serviced it twice.
I had big expectations from Flipkart. This seller is cheating by giving old defective products under Superb Brand refurbished products. Please don’t buy anything from this site.

2GUD has many eBay sellers, so don’t trust must on flipkart/2gud. Unlike before it’s just a marketplace now
2gud service is very worst .They provide froud mobile . I am purches iphone mobile on 2gud this mobile display is duplicate .please i request to all don’t purches mobile on 2gud service

Dont purchase anything from 2GUD once you trapped then you better understand. I ordered a phone moto z play on 30 jan 2019 till date today 19 feb neither they give mobil nor my money see my order id OD114569103535792100. I try to contact and even mail more then 100 times they are not respond me properly . They simply told me wait for 24-48 hour since 3 weeks passed i am waiting .
after reading review here. 2gud seem to not be 2gud to give good service

I order iphone 6s plus 64gb and i received onthe box iphone 5s 16gb. My refund request 4 time cancel and i am countinue rise return request.
I had ordered a mobile device from 2GUD and found out that SIM slot not working. After that I initiated the return process. Technician used to come but not able to resolve the issue. He takes our feedback in the form in which we always mention that the device is defective and please replace the device. Now this has already happened thrice. Now you people are not replacing the device even if it is a defective one. This is my first experience and I can say this is my last experience. This is really disgusting that I have to be after you to get this replaced. Please do the needful else I will go to consumer forum.

The 2gud is doing day light robbery. Dont even open their site. They are trained day light robbers.
