I honestly dont know if that was wrong thing, it was just that I ordered from two different accounts (without even using coupon) a promotional item which had a limit of five per account so I ordered ten from two account and they blocked my account.

Why don’t you try Twitter it they aren’t replying on emails ?
You can tell them you were ordering on behalf of your family member, and if this violates their T&C’s you’ll take care in future.

don’t ask to unblock now no use ask them to return money to original payment method.. they will do that.. my friend had same experience beforehand.. try it works..

Thanks for help, I am requesting them at least refund money back. They are not confirming the same yet.

Chill… no need to regret tell them you have money in your account they will surely give it back. And for multiple purchases enter different addresses.
If you don’t have more addresses just give them any random address and enter right mob num and when they call pick up your order :p

I told them the same they are not confirming refund.

Multiple accounts > Multipe orders to same/different address using same ip/device is always an issue

They are claiming this only that I have ordered multiple times (without being transparent and fair when I ask please help me how I have abused any promotion ) I just told them that in a family we can have 4-5 people therefore all can have an account and what have i ordered which lead to misuse they are just saying they got some instructions thats it.

I told this to them that since I stay home the order addressed to my name from different accounts and everyone uses dual sim phone now days. If on some ocassions we have ordered some promotion from multiple accounts how did it lead to misuse.

Honestly if you trust me about this I was totaly ignorant about big basket having issues with multiple accounts, i know amazon flipkart snapdeal have issues but i had no idea about big basket and grofers.
