Received an amazon order today with name ,phone number and address same as of my amazon account it was prepaid order but its not showing in my amazon account history.
So its Amazon's mistake or I have to do something on my part.
The order contains fogg perfume with invoice value of 480

If he inhaled a bit too much and is alone, then it would be risky if it indeed is chloroform. So advice is to not check alone.
Rather go in an operation theatre in some clinic or hospital and assist with the surgery. If patient gets sedated, then it is chloroform, else OT would be filled with perfumes smell.

Once I received a 50 gms trail mix with cheap (650 odd INR) cashew nuts I had ordered from Amazon. It came along with a colorful card with lots of stars and phone numbers asking for five star review and offering 50 bucks against that review. The cashew nuts were horrible. I gave 1 star rating to the cashew nuts and I got 5 Whatsapp messages over a month from the seller to change the review. Then the review vanished by itself. I still have those horrible cashew nuts that I cannot eat. I should have just taken the 50 bucks.

If 'wishlist' is set to 'public', then anyone who searches for and finds your profile can see the wishlist and order it to the address.
Also, if you are really so innocent, I am scared for you. The world out there is very harsh.
Your name, number and address are known to your friends, relatives and ex too.
Still if you want to try, give the (Amazon) customer support the order number and they will ask you for the associated phone number or e-mail on the account.
If it is not from your account, they will say it does not match.
The delivery associate who came to deliver, if you have his direct number
you can talk to him or his team leader to find out the tracking ID, if you are unable to figure out the order number (sometimes the paper invoice is not there in the package and the outer label is smudged, too small or illegible).
Obviously any senior of the customer service associates can often bypass basic verification to directly trace the account details from the order number alone.
So if youbrequest them or if you personally know even a normal agent, they can at-least tell you the name on the account, from which the order was made.
Unfortunately now that account and your account are crosslinked in Amazon system. Both accounts would show as 'related accounts' to each other.
(Nothing wrong with it, but I said 'unfortunately' because the agents are shown a count of the total 'related accounts' someone has and sometimes some agents behave odd, if they see someone has even 15-16 'related accounts'. Also, if any one account is getting investigated, there is likelihood of 'related accounts' too to be on the radar.)

Check if you have any active subscription for an order in your acount.
My theory is, sometimes if somebody has earlier ordered something to your address and by mistake chose yours as default, this order meant for them might have reached you.
