Pretty messed up move. It'll probably affect the usage negatively, many will avoid using it altogether as much as possible.
I am sure soon Amazon will discontinued Amazon Gift Cards and only issue Amazon Shopping Vouchers, Amazon Fresh vouchers, Amazon Prime Voucher etc.
First in incognito mode , we could use Amazon pay and other payment mode for bill payment . Is this also gone ? 😔
Still normal apay gv offers provide 3% cashback on amazon app.
Whereas icici apay cc only provides 2% flat cashback but it's unlimited cashback.

You can use your Balance for purchase on Amazon, Bill Pay recharge or Online merchant like Ola, Uber, Swiggy and so on, if your purchase order cost is less than or equal to the Amazon Pay balance.
