BTPLRB Seller on Flipkart since 2 months is selling ACs, TVs etc

I was promised the product would be delivered by 12 june, but see its 14 june.
and there is no product till now. not even a phone call from a delivery guy.
i’m little shallow in this.

Do NOT buy on Flipkart. BTPLRB is a Fraud seller. I got defective TV and it’s been 10+ days they have not send a Technician to check the product. Some customers have not received a product from 10+ days from Flipkart even after paying money.

Yes.. I received an old used refrigerator after spending 25000 for which I raised a return request immediately after the demo and installation.
But this fraud seller didnt send the technician instead they are cancelling all the return request I am raising.

They are fraud seller, delivering damaged product and not willing to return or send a technician to check the issue.

I have very bad experience with a Whirlpool refrigerator costed 25000. It is 20 days I am waiting for the technician or replacement of the product.

I have ordered this ac at 2000 discount which coated 34k . Can I trust this seller?

Fraud seller delivered on old broken AIWA TV and not replacing the TV. Don’t trust FLIPKART. Flipkart does not verify the credentials of its sellers

I ordered refrigrator from flipkart btplrb seller on May31, estimated delievry is by June12 but till date there is no update from flipkart and btplrb seller.
Based on these reviews not sure whether to wait or cancel. Please help

BTPLRB are fraud sellers as they don’t care about customer service. I received a wrong product which I raised a request for return with in a 30mins of delivery and given a complaint to flipkart customer care, but no response from either of them from past 10days.

Worst and fraud seller. I had ordered washing machine on may 11th, they delivered fully damaged piece on 18th May. I filed for a replacement and not yet got the replacement, today it’s June 22nd and till now I called atleast 10 times to Flipkart and there is no action taken. This really saddening

Do not trust this seller. Delivered a damaged fridge and its been 30 days not yet replaced. Fraud.

I ordered Samsung 345 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star (2020) Convertible Refrigerator.

Delivered on time:- 6th of June 2020.

Promised Installation and Demo date: – 10th of June, Service request no.: – 4303610560  Did not happen.
Installation Engineer finally came on 12th of June and after unpacking we found the product is damaged at the top backside corner (photo attached).
Return request raised on 12th of June 2020. Refund ID: 12101887977967887551.
Samsung technician visit Service request no.: – 4303973426.
Technician visit target date: – 16th June 2020.
Service Technician stand on the issue: – He agrees that I have got damaged product, but he cannot do anything in this situation. The service request will show as pending and on the last day it will get cancelled. You will have to co-ordinate with Flipkart.
Flipkart Stand on this issue: – Service technician should update in his system.
Nothing changed till 19th, Incident raised: IN2006191510474867055. Flipkart ensured that the issue will be resolved by 23 Jun, 3:00 PM.
Got a mail on 23rd of June, requesting me to provide them time till 25 Jun, 3:00 PM to get back to me.
Result: – None.
I am fed up with following up to you for my return request approval. It should have been approved by 16th of June. It is yet to happen. If not resolved today, I will go to consumer forum.

And yes the seller has changed it name from BTPLRB to RAMTHRALLA Retail.

After reading comments and a little online investigation – i think these are Flipkarts Fraud Seller and they change name because new customers might think that they are different Sellers and not “btplrb” and name changed because their name has been used in different forums as Fraud Sellers.
btplrb is active from 2 months I think it was there with some other name .
I ordered Whirlpool Washing Mashing with an exchange – Will CANCEL for SURE , I don’t need product and headache also.
When today I saw different seller name in same product with same pricing and all it raised my concern.
Those customers who got genuine product – LUCKY
