My SBI debit card (Master card) is about to expire in 6 months. I want to change it to Rupay. Is it possible to do something so that they will issue Rupay card when my current card expires without incurring any charges?

Thanks for reply . But Isn't applying for a different card through online banking considered as a replacement? and won't that incur 300 + gst ?

RuPay classic global debit card issuing is free. you can apply from SBI net banking.

You can also try Indianoil RuPay classic variant from sbi net banking, card issuing is Free.

or visit SBI branch and apply for Indianoil RuPay Platinum variant, Rs300+GST issuing fee and monthly also save Rs1200 (Rs100 per month via Amazon load money offer).

you can use multiple RuPay Platinum debit cards on same Amazon account.
