Charges for SBI VIRTUAL DEBIT CARD
recently, during a online transaction due insufficient balance in bank account by the sbi visa Virtual debit card, bank deducted Rs. 23.60, indicating POS declined charges,
while for this Virtual card setting - i had already turn off POS, only online ON.
is this RIGHT ? DEDUCTION OF CHARGES.

You can also deactivate it by calling 1800 11 2211 / 1800 425 3800. It's given on your DC's backside.

Card decline charges have been there for many years in SBI.
Rs.20+ GST Rs. 3.60
Doesn't matter whether virtual or physical card, if you do a transaction without sufficient balance you'll be charged for every decline.

Ok, first we get base reward (0.25%) + Virtual bonus (0.25%)
Now after 1 month or 1.5 month, 1000 milestones benefit will credit for every 50k spend (50k for virtual card or 1 lakh for physical card).
So, Virtual RuPay card user, if spend 50k - 1000 extra milestones reward
if spend 1 lakh - 2000 extra milestones reward
I personally spend 2.5 lakhs and got 5000 extra milestones reward
So, base reward (0.25%) + Virtual bonus (0.25%) + milestone (0.50%) = total 1% cashback reward.
