CIBIL: IDFC Personal Loan and Business loan added by mobikwik

I have mobikwik account and have zip later account with 10k limit. When I checked my recent cibil report it shows two idfc loans one with 30k and another with 50k. When I checked with idfc customer care they said it is linked with mobikwik. I have raised dispute.

50000 showing as business loan.
Is it normal?
When i tried to login idfc bank it showed no loans. But in cibil it is showing 50000 as business loan with zero utilization.
Where this sanctioned limit? In fk or mobikwik?

Even in my cibil report it is showing 50000 idfc loan. Utilization is zero. How to raise dispute in idfc bank? 😠
