Can anyone help it's belongs to which app?
Also showing Capfloat Consumer Loan of 2000 and Aditya Birla FL of 50,000.00
I have registered with Ola plus with limit of 23500.00 beside that never registered with any other app/pay later
For me in experien report KVB closed, but in cibil still it’s showing active
Looks like my CIBIL report would finally be updated with this loan in closed status. For months, I had been approaching Capital Float and Karur Vysya Bank over Twitter and email but I only got assurances stating it would get closed on priority and the CIBIL report updated in the subsequent cycle. Finally, CIBIL replied to my tweet suggesting raising a dispute. Many had suggested the dispute route earlier but I never did it since I had read about CIBIL not resolving them! To their credit, they did it in just two days.
I had only disputed the date of closure which was blank and they took care of the rest.
Update: After a few hours, my CIBIL report was updated and CIBIL sent me a free updated copy of the report.

Can you tell where and how to dispute this? Even I’m facing the same issue. karur telling they’ll close in few days but I don’t see a closure date for karur loan account.

You need to login to CIBIL portal and in the Credit Report section, you will find “Raise a dispute” at the bottom of the page. Select entries which you want to dispute and make appropriate edits there.

Only two options displayed for KVB entry.
“Account reflects multiple times” and “Account does not belong to me”
How to raise dispute saying account is not closed .
Edit: Updated closure date and raised a dispute
@Vinod358 I could not find it initially. Took a while to figure out.

Same I couldn’t find the “Raise a Dispute” for a while, took some time to find that option at the bottom of the page. I could find only with search option in browser
I got aPay later KVB entry marked as closed in CIBIL in about 1month.
No active lone but my civil report shows
Here is what I got in response from Karur Vysya Bank.
"Dear Sir,We wish to inform you that these loans are created under Amazon - Buy Now Pay Later option (BNPL) Co-lending with Capital Float and The Karur Vysya Bank Limited.
Amazon buy now Pay Later is an option provided to customers for hassle-free way to get instant credit, via a completely digital process, for purchases using EMI on Amazon.in.In this co-lending programme, a limit will be fixed where lending shares would be at KVB-80% and Capital float at @20%.For example if the limit is fixed Rs 10000/- the KVB share of lending is 8000/-and Capital float share is 2000/-.As per RBI directions and our Bank policy these data has been updated in the Credit Bureau Agency.
You can also verify Limit approval and Digital loan Tripartite loan Agreement involving Capital Float, KVB and the client has been received from Capital Float through SMS.If you have not opted for Amazon under BNPL option please contact Capital Float on # 080 -68075001 or Email at [email protected] com.If your BNPL is closed the same will get updated in the next reporting cycle.
We hope this will be helpful in resolving your grievance.Thank you for contacting us."
I hope this clarifies things.
Hi, Last year I had applied for Amazon Pay later and closed the account after 2 months. But now even after 7 months of closing the account the Karur Vysya is showing as active in my cibil score, which is affecting my cibil. But the same is showing as closed in the Experian report. Can someone please help what should I do.
Yea my KVB still open in CIBIL, dispute it with CIBIL. Dunno if it'd help.
Its Amazone Payalater Loan
hi team in my cible score i seeing the consumer loan and capital float loan could u plz close this in my ciblle fast..

Capital float executive confirmed that Karur Vysya is co-lending partner and they are aware of many customers facing the same issue.
Within 10 days issue will be resolved (entry will be removed from the Cibil report). It takes around 45 days to update the same in Cibil report.
