I can see two new consumer loans of IDFC First (50K) and Karur Vysa (12K) show up on CIBIL and checked this with Onescore app.I guess IDFC is of Flipkart Pay later but not sure of Karur Vysa.Should i directly contact KV to remove this?

Should i also close Amazon’s pay later 15K acc which is showing as Capfloat loan of 3K only or keep this?

Amazon pay later is the problem…..
Karur vysya bank is the co lending partner of Capital Float…
In Amazon paylater limit, 20% by Capital float and 80% by karur vysya…
They are reporting 2 times in cibil….
Showing for my cibil report also…..
Contacted Capfloat, they told that cibil entry can’t be removed…

Don’t know what to do….

Even i closed it a few months ago.
Karur Vysya automatically opened a loan account. Part later shows blocked.

I have told Amazon cc about Karur Vysya stuff and raised dispute. It’s still reflecting in report though.
Some dinner said it’ll take time to go.

Check recent threads, many had this issue.

I know, I also have this issue.

If paylater is closed, the KVB entry will be eventually removed. If it’s not closed, CIBIL will continue to show 2 separate loan entries for a single paylater account.

I have just initiated closure of both pay later service of both Amazon and Flipkart. You can try contacting KV directly or raising a dispute with CIBIL

Customer support confirmed that Karur Vysya loan account is already closed.
But the issue is about removal of that entry from cibil report. They are saying that Capital float and Karur Vysya tied-up for this loan account. So Karur Vysya entry can’t be removed.
I will wait till the closed loan account gets updated in Cibil report and then I will raise a dispute.

I had called them today and they told that KARUR VYSYA will update the status of their share by the next month as the issue is already raised with them. But if the paylater services are active, then the report will have two entries.

Capital float & Karur Vysya showing 4 times on my CIBIL report. Two capital float & 2 Karur Vysya. One has 25K limit & other has 10K limit but I don’t know how I have 2 Amazon paylater accounts. I emailed capital float to close to the account having 10K limit. I don’t how it is reflecting in my cibil.

I closed my Amazon Pay later account a long before, capital float was already there in my cibil as inactive or closed but this new account has been added as Karur Vysya which is showing as active. Whether it will impact in credit score? if this account is newly added by them, how to remove it permanently from CIBIL report?
