It is complimentary upgrade bro. I also upgraded from aura edge to legen in same way. The Legend card will be LTF.

If there is any joining fee, i have always been asked on call to verify the charges and provide consent before upgrade is processed

No joining fees and no annual fees

Since you've availed of the offer, just send an email to reachus @indusind .com and get a confirmation regarding joining and annual fees on the new card.

ask for easydiner card LTF instead , it has more benefit then legend card

Indusind upgrade their card this way only.. i was having legend card and received a similar email for upgrade to eazydiner.. i clicked on that and forgot what was written on the next page... Closed the browser..

A week later I received eazydiner card and wasn't know what's happening.. so I contacted CC.. they told me all this email thing..

But it doesn't have zero MAB Indus Select savings account, so for me personally Indusind Legend LTF credit card is better.

I don't think they will issue two LTF cards alongside.

Don't think too much about monthly txns, card upgrade is not offered simply on that basis. Card limit is more reliable factor as many banks system automatically trigger a card upgrade offer if existing card limit exceeds certain amount.

Got this card in Sep'20 through Paisabazar just because it was free.

Hardly any transactions..

Sometimes a recharge of Rs.500-600 or if I get IndusInd CC offer on Amazon which again is rare.

At no point I had dues more than 2k.

I never had any other relation (saving account, etc.) with IndusInd.

I got an email about the card upgrade from IndusInd Aura Edge to Legend but it has a one-time joining fee of 10k and they're giving merchant vouchers of approximately 10k. I'm not going for the upgrade since there is no use of Legend CC after the devaluation and many cards are already better than this. If they can provide me Eazydiner CC LTF then would take it happily.

Did you get SMS also? If yes, was it mentioned in the SMS about joining fee of 10k. I didn't get any email just got SMS mentioned in the first post.

So, I called customer care today and executive confirmed that it is absolutely free upgrade with no joining fee and no annual charges.

I have indusind card since 2005. Never faced any such issue. The only problem is too much spam.

I got indusind aura edge credit card and got it closed within 3 days of issue thinking its a waste card but that time i forgot that some day there will be upgrade offer on this too.

Now will have to apply again via bank bazar LTF.
