I have ordered a phone from croma and paid it via paytm and the order was successfully placed but I didn’t received any confirmation mail and the order is not showing up in my orders and when I called up croma cc they said your number is not registered with us .
What should I do now?

#update – now it’s reflecting orders in my account after 5 days of complain , a short tip to you all that always note the order id so that you won’t get into any trouble .

Your Payment was successful, not the order
If the order got placed successfully, you would’ve got the Order ID which didn’t happen
Now there’s nothing much you can do with these stuck orders, you got to wait until they acknowledge your order or issue refund

Ask CC to check with your registered email, their system has all details though your Croma online account does not.
Happened with me last month. My Croma account was registered with email and mobile was linked later but now when I login it says ‘Use mobile number’ but after giving mobile number it takes me to new account signup, went to Croma store and could see all past order details etc. I had a 1K wallet credit so took pain to go to store.
Some goof up from Croma while shifting from email/mobile to Mobile only for registrations.

It’s going to take time but your money isn’t lost by all means. If the retailer (croma in this case) does not claim the amount in 10 to 14 days the transaction would be reversed by your bank automatically.

So you will either end up receiving the product or the refund, it’s just a test of patience now.

They have received my money , as I got the order id with the message that order is confirmed on webpage when the payment was done but now there is no proof of my order ..as I don’t remember the order id, don’t have any  confirmation message and the order is not showing up in my orders

Always take screenshots of the final page while ordering which has order I’d ,payment details etc

Looks like nothing has changed even after they experimented the faster nitrogen platform for a while before opting for a new UI/Server
This has been the case with Croma for years.. Often noticeable when the site has too much load due to excessive PEs (Refer those popular Croma loot threads from hotdeals)
Last time when i experienced the same, the Payment gateway was Apay and fortunately they have the option to raise a dispute for merchant orders (Raise a dispute >> They reach out to the respective E-commerce payment team >> We get the Refund)

Now .. OP can do nothing (Croma support is non-existent, better if we even ignore their calls if its a PE smile) until/unless the Order shows up under “My Order” or they decide to issue refund
