1. is it only for bank customers ?

2. How much return we get for upi txns ?

3. How much minimum amount( i mean 100rs, 50rs) i need to spends to get rp ?

4. How to redeem rp ?

5. Which options available to redeem rp ?

6. Any charges for redeeming rp ?

7. Which categories eligible and which not for earning rp

8. For regular/ normal txns, how many rp ?

I've been chasing them for past 4+ months and yet Jupiter couldn't solve my issue.

P.S. All I can answer is, NO, it's not only for bank customers, those who don't have existing relationship with Jupiter and/or CSB Bank, they too can apply and get this credit card.

What can I say except that I agree 100% with you. They're a TERRIBLE app, terrible company & have partnered with all the wrong banks. Their app is buggy like hell, rewards are a joke, & the way they treat customers is beyond pathetic. I've a savings account but will close it soon

- can apply through jupiter app rest i dont know, i got pre approved offer with the app. completed all procedure and got my virtual card within 15 minutes and physical card within 7 days.

- Dinning /Travel / Shopping, choose any 1 category. You will get 2% cashback as jewels (5J=₹1)

You can change category after 3 billing cycles.

- Min spend ₹100 for 2% cashback

- Redeem jewels inform of money /gold/gift cards. No charges on redemption. Instant redemption. 15 days unlocking time for jewels redemption from the date you earned them.

- Max 15k jewels (₹3k) can be earned per billing cycle

- 0.4% cashback on all other spends via Edge credit card.

- No cashback on : wallets, fuel, recharges, credit card or loans payments,online gaming, betting, payment to financial political institutions, court or legal mattere and restricted merchants.
