Descrepancy in Amazon pay reward points

This month 1161 points are credited in my APay account but if I add the points shown in imobile app, they sum up to 1396. There is significant difference of 235 points between what I received and what I should’ve received.
Did anyone else observe the discrepancy? What could be the reason? Should I contact to ICICI or Amazon pay customer care?

Yes, there is a transaction that was refunded but I have taken that in account as the points were reversed in the imobile app itself.
I never get the points I deserve. In fact I received just 44 points last month when my total bill was over 15000. On enquiry, they said I had got extra points in previous month which got deducted. But the fact is that in the previous month also points were less than what they should have been.
There is no transparency in Amazon pay icici reward points system. Therefore I always prefer flipkart-axis if prices are same.

Maybe last month transaction if u cancelled and u got refund then the reward points for that order will get minus from this month
