I have downloaded Season 1 of Firefly long back looking at the ratings, but I am quite not sure if I would like this series considering the fact that I liked very few sci fi movies.
I finished Season 1 of Downton Abbey today. I’ll start this series then. Hope it interests me..

Haven’t watched Battlestar Galactica either. Firefly will be the first sci fi TV series which I am going to watch..

i have watched Newsroom, but i couldn’t sustain in my interest for the 3rd season, for me, even the 2nd season was not that good…
After reading many good reviews about the TV Series Suits, including the reviews in this thread where many people said it is one of their most favorite, so thought of trying it. Downloaded and watched first two seasons.
It is a very good series but I don’t feel it is That great like the reviews say. Few episodes in the first season are li’l boring but Season 2 is fantastic – but still not great.
Does the series improve in further seasons or remain the same?
After Suits, I watched The Newsroom Season 3.
This season is Excellent! Short but every character in this series had a very good role. Loved this more than Season 2.

After The Newsroom, watched ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 4.
Seriously, I was bored with Season 3. Thought of not watching this series ever again. But one person in a different forum said to try Season 4 as it is way better than Season 3. So had downloaded just 8 episodes. Surprisingly, yes, it is better. Liked it. Downloaded remaining episodes and completed it. Few episodes are Excellent! Recommended.

Then you should hurry up and get to Season 4, You will be blown away. Just watched the season 4 finale. Can’t wait for Season 5.

read the sherlock holmes books, tv seris does not even come anywhere near imo. i found mentalist much better.

20 Years back, I had the sherlock series book set, read it many times, Dont have it anymore
& about mentalist, found it interesting till season 3 or4 but after that it was all bullshit. Never understood how patrick jane solved the case, i.e., how he figured our who the culprit was. In monk everything was explained how monk came to catch suspect. The character of sharona fleming was just perfect & natalie teeger was just ok

Midnight Mass (2021)
It is slow at times (Couple of conversations last minutes*) but very good take on brainwashing and cult formation (Pay attention to EP3, something feels very relatable) + it is horror too & some scenes/visuals are a bit disturbing
Must watch IMO!
United Kacche on Zee5 is a beautifully spun, light-hearted, comical drama. Do watch, my ratings 4/5
