I hold a Learner license which is about to expire on 28 February. I applied and paid fee for permanent DL test. Rs 1380 paid as fee but no slot available till February end. My Learning License expires. Now what to do?
How to get refund for the fee paid through SBI Debit Card. Please help

I had done that with extra 30bucks back.in 2011.
Scheme will be same.
Paisa will be more.
Just walk in nearest rto office and tell them to extend validity.

Yeah true that is like a value buy deal if from beginning one assign a agent on his behalf..😔.
Only 3 options available for you :
1.Either you need to extend the LL by some charges.
2. Waiting for the slot without renewing LL (Somewhat risky, if u get caught)
3. Forgo the paid money for the test and approach an agent to fulfill your need by paying fresh.
Drivers license deptt in UP is also a big scam.
Outside RTO office, they have allowed private kiosks with computer and printers.
What they are doing is, they are taking your biometrics and allotting an application number and redirecting you to private guys sitting outside the RTO office. These guys edit the application form by administrative login given to them by officers themselves in which inside no information was filled and these guys show as if they are doing “ehsaan” on you. There they fill up your details in the form and use their own credit cards for online fee payment with 50₹ extra and give the print out of these documents by charging 100-200₹ extra.
After you have to submit this form & along with envelope with 50₹ postage stamps affixed.
So, they are getting their additional income from the guys outside the office plus they sell postage stamps back to the guy selling stamps. All in all, they make 250 to 350 extra per person apart from nominal fees.
This scam is the same in every city. Is the DL so much heavy to put Rs.50 Stamp ? But they still insist you by giving fears of application being rejected or getting further delays.
This is ridiculous.

Driving Licence Ka 6 Months Validity Rehta Hai… That’s Mean 6 Mahine Tak Tumhe Koyi Slot Nhi Mila…???
