Effective way to get biller added in Airtel app

Hello Dimers,

Need suggestions on best and effective way to get missing electricity biller added on Airtel Thanks app for Andhra Pradesh state. I don't see any electricity biller added in Airtel app so I cannot avail 10% cashback benefit using Airtel Axis credit card.

I dropped multiple emails to ids: 121 (at) airtel(dot)com,
nodalofficer.andhra(at)in.airtel(dot)com,Content.Grievance(at)airtel(dot)com but haven't any resolution so far.

Any idea who is responsible to get it added, is it Airtel team or the State Electricity board?
