Disprin 325mg in case of heart attacks suspected or otherwise before getting to the ER. The so-called golden hour is often wasted in India due to the all-around chaos. Quick action/non-coated one and not sustained release. To be chewed and not swallowed.

@Lootavailable

Yes.

Edit: CPR if performed by a skilled person can be invaluable in an emergency. Sadly in our schools not much beyond rote-learning is taught.

Isosorbide dinitrate is/ would be similar as Disprin for the conditions you mentioned or have too many western movies watched in the youth got 'imprinted' on me? In the west, Sorbitrate (it seems) is more common than publicly spitting (lack of civic sense) is.. in this part of the world.

Lootster Thankfully Almighty has helped evade 'such' emergencies in our immediate and extended family.
However person specific (ailments related) stuff is always prudent to know.
Those with hyper obesity and allied high blood glucose or others with chronic hypertension or low blood pressure or frequent UTI, gastric issues.. we always.. i ALWAYS try to know or talk to relevant people from the (western) medical profession. Getting an idea of what to regularly stock.

But that apart, usual medical kit and first aid kit is enough.

About the alleged date of packing, I do not even purchase Monaco (biscuits), Nestled noodles, Haldiram snacks, HLL/Unilever soups, ketchups or even detergent liquid/powder if it is more than 3-4 months old, even if Walmart (Best Price), Metro, Dmart have it at huge discounts.
Heck I created a scene for small petroleum jelly (Vaseline) packs I intentionally purchased after seeing they expired previous month.
The product would anyway have been used as a WD40 alternative.. even if not expired.
But that day, after I said that now I am taking the invoice and the expired product to the authorities, three four category incharges and eventually the floor incharge at the local https://www.metro.co.in/about-us ended up pleading to let go.
Needless to add, I vreate just as big scenes at home if I find any expired or near expired stuff being consumed, kept by loved ones.
(I am aware that most meds. sometimes have overages added. Even otherwise, a little overshooting of the labelled expiry date on most routine meds. does not pose a big threat or such. But creating a scene helps set better adherence to SOPs.)

Since for so many decades, iyam used to AND FIND THEM EFFECTIVE.. so i try to keep Midas Care's https://www.midas-care.com/brands_healthcare.php MistDress https://midascare.in/search?q=mistdress, Coolex https://midascare.in/search?q=coolex
and of-course (Midas Care's) ReliSpray https://midascare.in/products/relispray-135gm
Sadly, even the Medical Representatives (salespersons) of Midas Care themselves give conflicting responses w.r.t. the availability of the largest pack size for MistDress (spray on bandage for wounds like these).
And in some locations with population of more than 3½ million too, when one asks for MistDress and Coolex, often shop attendants, shop owners give the look as if one has asked them 'how to reach Mars planet in half an hour'!
Even branded chain outlets (example: Apollo Pharmacy) who have Relispray on shelf, are unaware of MistDress, Coolex and wryly reply chalta nahiñ hai/ does not sell.
MistDress, among desi brands, is the only one that does not get completely washed away during bathing and it properly forms a plasticky barrier against water, microbial activity.

This is not an advertorial for Midas Care.
I mean 360 rupees for the large canister of Relispray is nothing short of daylight robbery.

My bad, these are not any life and death saver 'emergency use' things you asked for.

Another packaged product is 'liquid knife' ummm https://www.quickcompany.in/trademarks/1279356-dr-p-mazoomdar-s-antibactrin AntiBactrin.
In childhood we used to call it liquid knife. If some cyst or wound was raw and not riping (is that the word¿) to form 'pus', we just dabbed few drops AntiBactrin on a cottonwool swab and tape it to the wound for the wound to mature fast. Often barely overnight use too helped.

Lastly, apart from the other 'grandma's remedies' (DadiMaa ke nuskhe) one I still rely on (or rather 'believe' in) is the use of pure heeng/asafoetida around the umbilicus (navel/ नाभि/ ناف/ belly-button), for certain digestive tract issues, (non menstruation related) cramping type abdominal pain.
Just a little bit of the pure asafoetida mixed with couple of drops or half a teaspoon of water.. to be gently applied (around the umbilicus) in circular motions with finger tips.
Now the small blob/rock tyoe pure (unadulterated with maida white flour) heeng/asafoetida costs 16000 INR per kilogram or thereabouts. sad
