Experian score dropped 214 points

Today I have just checked my score and seeing it dropped 214 points. There are no missed payments, also cibil is showing 782.
I have applied for AU BANK zenith and tata neu hdfc last month. Hdfc one rejected while in AU BANK there were some problem with swipe up platform, so my application was stucked. On contacting branch and banks head email they said that they have to delete my lead.
I don't understand what should be the reason for such a big drop.

Because earlier you used some other number
to fetch cibil on that app.

Same, mine dropped 133 ( reason : new account added in last 6 months). Since cibil is unaffected, idgaf to experian.

Saw a similar thread few months ago, people getting hit hard out of no apparent reason...
BTW, does the CIBIL tab show data for you? I have never got it showing on the app...
