I used to do some of the nirjala ekadashi with my mom. I don't do it anymore.
I still do intermittent fasting time to time if that also counts?
It's not just a religious ritual but if done correctly it can be beneficial to health (medically proven)
But if you have any medical condition consult doctor before doing it.
