I usually avoid Federal cobranded related services like Fi, Scapia, Jupiter etc. they do these shady things very often, I rarely used their services just had accounts with them but after seeing their 0% MKF I did some regular international purchases with them (buying digital goods etc), and next month they flagged and blocked my account and asking for all sorts of stuff and then also they rarely reply. the reason they gave were "unusual activity" 😌
TL;DR - they offer very attractive things to gain attention and customer base and then when people starts to take advantage of those very features they hammer the user.
