Which is a better streaming option, Fire Stick Lite, or Mi Box 4K?
I’m not interested in 4K, since the TV isn’t, nor am I interested in smart assistant capabilities.
I already have a fire stick, and though 3 years old, runs fine. Wish to purchase another streaming device, but wanted to check which would offer better performance.
Fire Stick Lite, by using a coupon, is also quite a bit cheaper, is the extra 1K cost for Mi TV box worth it?
Any other streaming option? Be interested to know.

using firestick lite though hangs little bit fulfills the task but does not have all apps on playstore
Fire Stick is more friendly to operate UI and has a an easier learning curve (even my grandpa uses it with ease). Apps rarely have bugs and overall experience is smooth. I have an MI Smart TV but still use FireTV stick since I found that smoother.
I am tight on budget so is it it good to go for Normal LED TV with fire stick/mi box or Smart Tv ?
Its really rare to find a Normal LED TV these days. But yeah, always prefer to use Firestick/Mi Box instead of a Smart TV as updates to these Smart TV are pretty rare. I have a Samsung Smart TV from 2011, never received any kind of a Software Update. Has really primitive versions of the Netflix and Youtube apps. No other useful apps are there.
I have both Firestick and Mi Box. I find both to be equally good. Firestick has a more entertainment focussed UI compared to the Stock Android UI of the Mi Box. However, I have sometimes also observed a lag (pretty rare) in the Firestick UI but no lag with the Mi Box. Installing Android apps on Mi Box is easier compared to Firestick as you have the Playstore available.Mi Box mandatorily needs an external Power source, however Firestick can also work with the TV Usb port for power.
Can usb stick attached to MI box to play media files ?
if your tv has usb which plays all kind of format on pendrive then go for fs4k else go for mb.
if u hv expensive home theatre or wish to invest in one then go for fs4k.
Firestick. Not only it renders 4k but also supports dolby output
Mi Box also has 4k and Dolby Output
