As promised Earlier, The Fitness Thread of Desidime is Born…So from now on, i will be discussing A-Z about Fitness, Weight loss, Muscle Gain, Healthy Tips and Much more…in this Thread, I request all the interested dimers to monitor this thread daily and feel free to Post your queries.

NOTE:

1.) A kind note to all the dimers, Kindly avoid posting some unwanted pictures in this thread, no fight, no abusing words and be a gentle dimer…

2.) kindly reply your queries in only English in this thread….As i’m not good at Hindi surprised , but i believe Language will not be a problem…:)

Sorry brother, was very busy since last few days…so couldnt follow this thread properly..now reading last few posts .. and a request .. please start workouts part soon.. Know about the Fruits:

How healthy is to Eat fruits ??
Fruits provide you with several micro nutrients which are essential for human to live healthy.

Eat atleast 1 fruit per meal, cycle the fruits for every meal….so by this way, you will taste a new fruit every time, and ur body gets new micro nutrients…:) https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Fruits like berries — Strawberries, blue berries, cranberries should be consumed almost daily to have a good healthy body…

Somethings to Know about fruits:

1.) if you are having some stomach discomfort, indigestion etc….regularly….then try to consume just 1 piece of pineapple twice daily….its the best fruit to help in your digestion…it digests the protein well..

2.) Fruit does have sugars….so diabetes patients consult physician b4 you consume one….but any fruit in small quantity is not gonna harm you…

3.) try to have fruits in form of salads, this way you get a chance to eat the fruits in mixed combination…

I m using DYMATIZE ELITE whey protein from last 6 month. This was my 1st Protein supplement. I’m new to this this thing.

coming back to DD after 6 months…..feeling refreshed and getting some new energy after logging into DD….

Dymatize Elite is really one among the best whey proteins in the market, but in-order to say something more, it will be better if i get ur goal, age, height, weight, training experience…..???

If you feel bored of the whey, try to go for Protein Blends….they are good and it releases protein in various intervals……while whey is very effective when you take in immediately after training and in the morning……

so try with protein blend….example - BSN Syntha 6 , Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion etc are good buy……

always try to cycle your supplements every 3-4 months, because your body once used to a supplement…it will not be effective…so try to cycle it after every quarter…….and same applies to the training…don’t stick with same routine all the year….change it every 3 months….

Here are their benefits to help with detoxification energy and hydration. put as much fruit in water as you like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking

(1) Green tea, mint, lime——fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener.

(2) Strawberry,kiwi——-cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, digestion

(3) Cucumber, lime, lemon—— water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration, digestion

(4) Lemon, lime, orange——-digestion vitamin C, immune defense, heartburn, (drink this one at room temperature)

Do not keep longer than 48 hours you can put more water using the same fruit, but discard after 48 hours.
