Flipkart Axis bank card or amazon pay icici card

If there is an offer, suppose 10% off on axis bank cr. and dr. cards and I have Flipkart Axis Bank card so can i get total 15% benefit (10% discount and 5% cashback). Does it work that way?
Same question for amazon pay icici cr. Card.

ApayICICI now even that 5%-Disc has very less upper limit so 5%Disc+5%CB is almost same as other running ICICI card offer like 10% upto 1500(for eg)
FK Axis so far has been giving 10%+5%CB whenever there was offer but order cancellaions an issue for mobiles and repeated orders of other products

There is a high chance of reward points block when you use Amazon ICIC card extensively to earn 5% cashback where us its not the case in Axis Flipkart.
Amazon used to work like this in past,but they now give 5% discount and 5% cb,instead of flat 10%.
Axis mostly gives 10+5%.
