I did my txn on 1st june for oil and ghee but i got an update in delivery status that products are spoiled in transit and refund will be initiated. After 2 days i got the msg for out for delivery of all products. They sent me msg for 8 products but delivered only 2 products. I contacted them on call and they refunded my money in gv but later on blocked my account also.
I have 15+ tweets and so many calls but nothing happened and sending me feedback mail as answer by them. It’s a complete fraud and no relation with mobile orders type issues.
What should i do now? I have 1500+ wallet balance and 700 supercoins also.
Why we are facing these issue and can’t take any legal action against them.

Those whose accounts were blocked,in which having fk wallet balance’s.instead of asking them for unblocking,just ask them to transfer the gv amount to bank account,they gonna do that after two or three conversations.forget about supercoins and account unblocking,it won’t happen.infact they don’t have any mechanism to unblock blocked accounts.
