Flipkart instead of helping and solving the problem they blocked my account
What I can do now?
Should I file Consumer complaint or wait for cybercrime report?

This is good in some ways. If active, there's a chance of further misuse (Depends on the action taken by the user)
PS: Stay in touch with twitter support / escalations team
That's why I don't use flopkart

Should I wait till I get any information from cybercrime or file consumer complaint on Flipkart ASAP
Could be an internal thing to investigate login history, fingerprints, etc.
Though I don't understand flipkart requires otp for login there is no pwd anymore how come they got access to login. Is your mail compromised too?
Anyway Do update if anything good comes out of it..
They also blocked my account some days ago
