Flipkart order delivered! though customer care cancelled it

confused What to do now?

Product is JBL BAR51 Dolby Digital DTS with (Wireless Speakers and subwoofer & 4k Surround Sound) 510 W Bluetooth Soundbar (Black, 5.1 Channel) sunglasses

Details:
Ordered on 16/Oct with all offers for 37K but when I was about to order it became ‘unavailable’ for that Bengaluru 560 098 PINCODE
so I kept same address but changed PIN to 560099 where it was deliverable that time.
Product shipped by GATI, never imagined these people are so rigid and careless they kept shifting the soundbar all over B’lore though mobile and address all available to them.
Hardly responded to calls, and were not ready to deliver saying incorrect PIN, after using bit influence finally its delivered Y’day
But FK cancelled order, I guess, in the evening(y’day) or so, I never received SMS or email about CANCELLATION.
No refund process also started. I do not want to return the product as I would not get offers again.

Talk to Flipkart cc and inform them that the product is delivered to you successfully. They will stop the order cancellation request and mark as delivered. Why so worries after the product is delivered to you, now the ball is in your court.

Its already ‘Cancelled’ hence worry, can they reverse it?
Am worried about warranty etc..or GATI comes to reverse pick up smile

they might have cancelled as GATI would have informed FK that they couldn’t deliver. If you talk to FK cc, you would come to know the reason behind it. In case if they say reverse pick it up, you can say you don’t want to give the product back, they can’t do anything with out they getting the product back.
If they process the cancellation, you’ll get your money back to your cc and it’s FK mistake.

If its already cancelled, you shouldn’t have accepted the delivery :/
If its amazon, it should have been OK but FK might simply block the account at a later point of time

Whatever it is.
Contact their support (preferably twitter support) and present your case in written form so that you can use it as means unblock your account (if it happens*)

Either you can tell them the same.. or just wait.. may be in some audit after months or year. They will call you for money. Then you can deposit

Don’t call flipkart max chance is u will get refund without returning

Once I also faced same situation in snapdeal I ordered trimmer worth 1600 and I got a mail as order cancelled after few days I received the product as well grinning

Just wanted to comment that it was your fault that you provided the wrong pincode.No courier service is entitled to deliver to the customer even when he/she has input the wrong information.They have a huge load of order fulfillment and follow a process to ensure timely delivery,they can’t just break the chain of process to.deliver it to a careless Customer.

The best you could have done was collected it from office address.

pick up was not possible for my cousin whose address was given. Later was ready to arrange a person to pick up but GATI was not ready.
Never thought PINCODE so big issue: its just adjacent PINCODE only not very wrong and far off one
In fact GATI very careless they did not even give info properly until I got connected to some senior.
Did not pursue with FK as I know they would simply cancel the order

If they denied to let you take it from office that’s their fault. But wrong pincode does create a problem especially in big cities where the order volume is huge, because the order comes to the office based on pincode and the Delivery guys are also allotted certain pincodes hence they are reluctant to Deliver it outside their pincode.

I did not know FK cancelled it, after call from cousin that its delivered I checked FK and see its Cancelled.
Otherwise also I would have taken delivery as I wanted it very much and would not get at that price soon.
