is it true that that if we return single product of total transactions of value 5000 with sbi card , will we lose the entire cashback ? if transaction size is 15000 and if we return a product of value 5000rs will we lose entire 1500 cashback ? some dimer posted in one discussion

I would say, when you cancel part of the order and net amount is not eligible for min amount(5k in this case), then entire offer will be removed and offer amount will be deducted under return product’s amount. If still net offer amount is remaining even after return product’s amount deduction, not sure how they will ask you to pay. It is better to contact cc and clarify the doubt.

When you cancel the order and net amount is eligible for min amount(5k), then they will apply proportionally on the return product and other products will not be affected and will cover under offer.

I deduce all this statements according to terms given in above link, please correct me if I was wrong. At the end, we all need to be clarified with everything.
