FRAUDS

I ordered a beggit bag in levender colour and received the peach colour. I raised a return request and waiting for a helpful response since a week but they are waiting for the return window to be closed.

After so many follow ups and investing valuable time daily there is no resolution. Their executives have themselves confirmed that the colour I received is wrong but they are not accepting the return.

Only response I am getting is we are investigating that too without images. I mean what the hell are they investing. Myntra is nothing just a scam where they fudge the customers after getting their hard earned money. 

VERY POOR MYNTRA. I WOULD SUGGEST ALL NOT TO GET TRAPPED IN THIS BULLSHIT APPLICATION. There are many others apps who really think of their customers.
