You cannot do this ‘delink’ thing…
And you cannot use any KYC submitted earlier to Freecharge in any newly created accounts//old ones without any KYC.

You can ask for account deletion after

Deregistering UPI
Using all wallet balance.
And they will process it in 24-48Hrs.

No, as far as I know otp is must unless you never closed the browser in which you login successfully earlier.

You can easily get it unlocked though writing an email to care@freechar…om with your registered email address. They will ask your voter, Pan to verify account. In my case, my name did not match with the given voter id, so I had requested them to delete the account permanently & removed the record from the server. Now I have created a fresh freecharge account. You will also get some coupons for first which is given to first time user..
