[Freecharge bank transfer] There was a problem in generating otp - How to resolve?

Freecharge bank transfer is always giving me the error that
“There was a problem in generating otp. Please try again after sometime”
Anyone knows the reason? How to resolve?

But I’m able to login to my account. Btw, this error is not during go card transaction but while trying to transfer to bank from within freecharge

Same here. I can login to the account, see my go card, but getting OTP error when initiating transfer to bank.

U must hev done many failed recharge attempts if not so, Dan try to delete ur bank beneficiary account which is added nd try to add again…happened wid me last week…dont contact dem if u misused..

Nope, no failed recharge attempts. How do I delete the bank account? From App? FC doesn’t even allow me to edit the beneficiary account from site.

Yes you are right. Many failed recharge attempts might be the reason.
What should I do now?
