Since many months FreeCharge offer for upto 1000 cashback and whenever we pay bill or recharge nothing gets credited.
Same happens with fastag recharge there was a banner with 10% upto 30rs cashback but did not received it.
Question is where to complaint? There is nothing available no number nothing and support is useless from application.
Did anyone else facing such issues with FreeCharge?

Of course they didn’t come to my house with a gun, what kind of a stupid analogy is that? Did I say looted me in that sense?
When you say something and don’t do it it’s a false commitment, and the reason for posting is whether someone faced such issue in the past or is it just me? Other is people don’t fall for it like me.
And don’t try to be smart by saying uninstall it, of course I did that but this will save others getting into their trap that’s it.
Keep your wisdom with you in case you can’t or don’t want to help others, don’t spread your useless knowledge of uninstalling apps which every tom dick and harry does.

There can be multiple factors behind. Might be some fraud checking mechanism is not allowing you to avail the offer or might be a bug affecting certain set of customers.
Would suggest you to get in touch with customer support.

but sometimes I get cashback
last month was not getting cashback but this month I m getting it
remember : you have to turn on your location compulsorily to get the cashback scratch card

For fastag there was a flat offer which also I didn’t received
There was an offer from them – pay cylinder and get rs 30 on first transaction on cylinder bill. 3 months went by no cashback.
But this is the 1st time something like that happened.
Didn’t have energy to fight for rs 30 but felt bad tho
Last month, I got instantly 30 cashback on cylinder booking.
Raise the issue through FreeCharge twitter and also send them the transaction screenshot. Most of the times their Twitter support is good. Just try once.

My question is, Did Freecharge staff take a gun and come to your house to loot you or did you go to their app and got looted?
No app is good all the time. When an app doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t provide anything good, skip and move on. Don’t waste too much time to get 30rs cashback. Our time is much more worth than that. Just waste 10 sec to uninstall.
