As we all know Snapdeal rose from being a coupon grabbing site to a marketplace now.
Few of my experiences:
1. Most of the products are not SD fulfilled. So there a issue of quality with the products mostly and that’s even with SD fulfilled products too.
2. Snapdeal lingers with reviews a lot. I had left a review for a product obviously a bad one and they never posted it. This review was to tell the buyers my experiences so that they are aware of it before and make their decision on this fact.
3. Sellers send returned or used items without even confirming if they are working or are in perfect condition.
4. Shipping is delayed and no control of SD on it.
5. You can’t cancel the order inbetween the shipping.
6. Referral is meagre and its not worth it.
7. If you have returned a single product they will remove return options from all other products for you.
8. Pickup of items is also a delayed thing.
9. Refund will always be in card even when they have their own wallet.
10. They will not match the price for any product even if the price has reduced by 10% after you have purchased the item.
So if you can just block your money and then see if the products are good or not. If they aren’t good just return them and wait for a week to get the credit back. I believe SD is fine. Otherwise its better to stay away from them.
P.S: I got yamaha guitar for 6k from snapdeal so I am greatly thankful to SD.

Called CC they agreed to arrange a reverse-pick up and replace it. Not for another month and many follows-ups and follow-ups for follows-ups.
Even sellers don’t like SD.
You should have replied her like this:
for example if you bedsheet cost around 2000Rs.(guess)
Mam please take these 2 ten rupees notes instead of 2 thousand rupees notes.

Have had mixed but mostly good experience with snapdeal. Bad experiences with small items viz. clothings/bedsheets etc with both quality as well as delivery times but have had very good experience with large items.
In the last year, I have purchased following Expensive items from snapdeal
1. Macbook Air- Promised within 3 days but got delivery the very next day (on a sunday to boot!)
2. Office Chairs- Bought total of 22 chairs and got it delivered within the stipulated time- one drawback they did not come simultaneously but over a period of 10 days.
3. Bed with storage- Got the delivery within 8 days but received message from snapdeal/Vulcan express (their inhouse courier) about delay in delivery. Never replied back and money was refunded! (I thought of it as Dimers call ‘loot’ and never informed them but regret it to this day as it was a theft)
4. JBL BT Soundbar- Had issue with it-raised complaint and it was picked up very next day (from a Tier-II town!)
5. Sofa Sets – Ordered along with the office chairs and it was delivered within 30 days when their delivery times were upto 2 months
6. From the current sale- 3TB HDD and it was also delivered within 4 days to Tier II town. I had ordered from Snapdeal (HDD), FK (Moto E) & Amazon (Samsung On5 pro) on 2nd October. FK & Amazon orders were to Chennai whereas SD order was to Tier-II town but SD order was the first one I received; Amazon order was delivered on 10th & FK order was delivered only yesterday!

if I had got such response then I would have taught them how to learn what are colors
if u would have this thing with shopclued they would have said

SD eGV NOT RECIECVED 7 DAYS
I cancelled an item which was shipped and refused to accept the courier. Item returned to seller already but it’s been 14 days, I did not get my refund back. Customer service is waste as they don’t provide any fruitful resolution.

To add more information and my feedback on Snapdeal.
They are quite responsive this time in terms of returns, refunds and delivery at my place now.
First: Ordered a pigeon chopper for mom and she was so much happy with this product as you can chop different vegetables within seconds using this. User Reaction
Second: I received a faulty product i.e. Gas Geyser delivered for which I was so much concerned at that point as it was purchased in the first 20% cashback ever, which is now a general thing with SD. So the story I asked for a return for this product, it was picked the next day and a day after new product was shipped to me. The final product I received worked as expected. User Reaction
Third: I ordered maggi, nong maggi and peri peri at 20% all were delivered in 2 days in good packaging so no regrets here. User Reaction
Fourth: I ordered an Envie charge with batteries was priced at 190 a good price received in a week and worked so great much more than expected. Only covet was it was delivered in 5-6 days. User Reaction
Fifth: Ordered a hydraulic jack for my car as I am fond of exploring my car under the hood. Received the product in great condition, proper packaging, slight delays though. I tried it never worked on the very first place. I scheduled a replacement the person who was suppose to take the package said I was not available and finally a day after a very careless pickup boy arrived. Its been a day more now and no updates from Snapdeal. User Reaction
Feedback System: And the other story is snapdeal also called me back several time for delays in delivery, although the person the other side of phone was not having a proper language proficiency but it still was workable enough.
I have spent more on SD this time than Amazon which was never the cash in earlier festival days. Lets see what’s inside there for the new year.

For all those who are complaining for woohoo voucher not delivered by SD are you talking about the same scheme where there was some glitch with SD. In past I have never faced any issues with email cards from SD. But that may be just for me.
Do they really check quality of snapdeal fulfilled items? I got a item with scratches and last year model ….though it is snapdeal fulfilled
