Shipping was not fast..and packing was satisfactory (bubble wrap on laptop box)..dont knw if its the standard method of shipping laptop

in one of my order, the seller said its Paytm that handles everything including sellers inventory/stock on Paytm, they hand over products to Patym team and then paytm team ships it with Bluedart.

I talked with Paytm support, they said they have a merchant team that handles all shipping process. so my conclusion is all delays are due to paytm teams negligence in handling the shipping process.

can anybody confirm with their experience?

Even I have heard from one of their sellers that paytm team takes care of shipping and handling. But I don’t see where you are coming at, with your post.
