Item: prestige aluminium coocker..6.5litre.

Packing: packing is okay but it can be better..thermocol sheets small ones are added for protection.,outside packing is bad…just a sheet of plastic cover without any seal…brown plaster is used to seal the outer package…any one can take it out and replace it…if they seal the outer cover then it would be a lot better…but I got product in safe condition.

Product is as shown in picture…aluminium cooker

What could be better ? Outer packing definitely needs a review….

Raised a ticket with paytm and mailed them the photos. They reverse picked the item within 5 days and got money back within 8 days

cancelled book after i wrote a mail yesterday on 23 july that order is yet to be shipped and delivery date is 26 july sunday. Got mail order cancelled as denied by seller tapyourbook.com

frustrating as my child is waiting for the book, you canceled once i wrote but were not able to find from the seller why no movement from so many days.

Also the book is shown available by same seller at inflated price now. How can you allow that?????

I will like to give a bad rating to tapyourbook.com but is not able to find where to rate it on your site. If we can rate only after order completion what about orders canceled by seller itself.

you returned money in my wallet , I am ok but what about people who want money refunded to creit card after a bad experience?

Softek Surya is a reputed seller. Don’t take any tension regarding product quality and shipping. Shipping will be delay in some cases whenever no any courier service avail in ur pincode.

Got any idea on the seller? I’m also eyeing the exact same product.

I followed up with paytm facebook PM n got my refund in my wallet within 7 days of delivery.
Posted pictures with proof and got a reverse pick-up within the next day. Hassle free.
The customer care number not picking up but they are obedient in e-mail n keeps us updated.

The only point to remember is, do not get frustrated at paytm.
He is just a online broker in which there is a buyer n a seller.
I moved politely and got my money back into my wallet

Actually the seller sent a wrong product instead of my casio instrument.

What exactly do you mean to say ? apart from the difference in rates , is there any other factor ?

I mean which seller is authentic to buy from, which will provide me proper bill for warranty. As i am afraid they will not send me some used laptop or damaged one.

You are absolutely right. This has happened to one of my friends who ordered a Dell notebook with the same configuration as HP 15-AC042 TU and he got some different configuration ( HDD was 500 GB ). He returned it and then ordered the same notebook from K K Infosmart at a higher cost. He had placed the order after receiving his amount returned and the very next day he received a call from the vendor ( K K Infosmart ). This person asked my friend if he would like to have the OS and drivers installed ( as it was a DOS based notebook like HP 15-AC042TU). My friend was apprehensive about this and asked him not to open the notebook box and send it sealed as it came from the company. The vendor agreed to this but said that he will include the driver dvd alongwith the invoice so that there is no problem in installation . The order status was SHIPPED on the same day in the evening. And my friend received the package in 3 days.
The packaging was good and the notebook was as promised – in mint condition. The invoice was there alongwith the drivers dvd and a separate page with instructions on how to register the notebook with DELL, the process for registration of DELL Back to College offer, Dell tollfree no and how to install Mcafee Internet Security – Multi Device which was with the notebook.
The notebook was up and running in a couple of hours and there was no hassle of downloading the drivers from the internet and no extra cost for an antivirus.
My friend was so happy with this experience that he ordered another notebook from the same vendor ( HP Compaq 15-S104TX).
When he received the call this time, he told that person of his apprehensions about the notebook being opened for installation. That person assured him that there is nothing to worry as they are Registered Dealers of HP and DELL and would do nothing to tarnish their hard earned reputation. So my friend asked him to install the os. And this time the notebook was ready to use just when taken out of the box. This time it had Kaspersky Anti Virus installed and all the other common softwares like Google Chrome, Adobe Reader, VLC , etc. My friend registered the notebook for Accidental Damage Protection as instructed .

Overall a very good experience. So I would advise you to buy HP 15-AC042 TU from K K Infosmart and apply the 18% cashback code. Any more doubts, please feel free to ask me

I had ordered 1TB touro pro hdd from seller online king * Onlineking *. 3 times ordered and all 3 times he has sent the normal touro mobile version!
such a pathetic service. everytime I place an order, I used to raise a tkt with paytm to inform the seller to send the correct prod, and every tie I return,they say will take strict action against him.
so even after their “Strict action” , seller manages to send wrong product. why cant he just cancel the order if he doesn’t have it ?

ptm is not gonna do anything.

Paytm should offer cashback on their tickets also. Like , say , I have raised a hundred issues with them so now I have 100 tickets. Now I should be rewarded for my patience for collecting these worthless tickets ( no action is taken on the seller ) . At least 1000 in cashback against those silly tickets would be something …..

Dy retail is hp authorised seller on paytm. Confirmed this from hp website. The product received was wrapped in double bubble wrap. It was a sealed hp box. Buy products from them with your eyes closed.
