Has anyone got Amex Pay working at any merchant?

I have tried multiple merchant’s bharat QR to pay them using Amex Pay. For all of them it says “This is not an accepted QR code”
Has anyone made a successful payment?

Amex pay can work only if QR code is designed to accept credit card payments . Most of QR codes are for accepting UPI based bank transfers . Only few merchants have QR codes which are specifically enabled for credit cards
