I had applied through cc day before and got a message that it will be dispatched in 7 days once card is successfully approved. No update yet. Has anyone got it yet?

Got the card delivered today. And used for a small transaction . Its pre activated. Now will have to see and check about how it works on bill pay on google pay.
This card is going to be an epic fail. Desperate Axis fighting for relevance.
Why is it going to be a fail? No entry level card gives 2% on all spends. And 5% on Google pay is also a great offer as now even UPI merchant qr codes can be scanned and paid through this card.
@ssgrocker did you mean you have applied through app? Google pay app? I don’t see any option to apply for Ace cc on Google Pay app
I applied by calling customer care. If you have any other axis credit card you can apply directly by calling cc. No documentation.

Which is better? FK axis or Axis ACE card?
Ace if you don’t do much of FK shopping…
FK if you are spending good amount in FK….so basically you can’t compare this 2 cards..
In general Ace is better due to 2% cashback vs 1.5 for FK

If you are not an existing Axis customer you cant apply via CC.
Applying via Branch or Online is same (Online is just data collection which goes to your city branch)

Did you receive SMS/Email for dispatch/tracking notification or it was just that you got the card after X days of being approved
I have axis neo for about two years,
Two months back got FK Axis which shares limit with Neo.
Customer Care told me I am eligible for gpay ACE but limit will be shares with neo.
Thats, three Credit cards sharing same limit.
That’s crazy really.

I had FK Axis card, called Axis cc to get it upgraded to Ace on 21st Jan. The card is approved and showing in the Axis mobile app, but there is no communication regarding the dispatch of the physical card. Does it get delivered without any intimation?
Limits are shared in axis cards and not split
They usually say that but mostly they do not cancel the card on upgrade. Not sure though have heard from people
I think so there is a limit for 4% cashback either by number of transaction or the max amount of adding money. Not sure which one its is but after certain transactions it stops giving 4% cashback

Their reward rate might be good, but service is very poor. From the last Saturday they are upgrading their credit card servers and it is still not up. Not able to see any account information or transaction history on app or website.
