Did anyone get confirmation from amazon which says purchase was made from smartbuy. I had purchased on 16th Oct and have not yet got confirmation.

for credit cards, u can check statement . it is showing as amazon smartbuy
During sales they get delayed, it’s normal.
Requesting dimers to post text of email which confirms smartbuy purchase.
I have never received such an email 
Please mask the personal info in email.
Confirmation mail is only sent my Amazon and not other affiliated smartbuy partners… This must be why you’ve never seen it..

another dimer stating that smartbuy mentioning in the statement, is it happening.
In credit card statement it’s written AMAZON HDFC SMARTBUY MUMBAI
In mine statement it is not mentioned.

In my statement Amazon Smartbuy is mentioned. I did not get any confirmation mail though.
I haven’t received any email or sms. Unbilled txn has an AMAZON SELLER SERVICES MUMBAI IN entry.

While buying, if you got an SMS which read:

OTP is xxxx for txn of INR xxx at SMARTBUY on card ending xxx….

then I think you don’t have to worry about not getting that extra cashback.
I got same sms that I have spent * at SMARTBUY but in CC statement it shows AMAZON SELLER SERVICES MUMBAI IN
Smartbuy account and amazon account should be on same mobile number?
This is not necessary.
I have done booking on 16th, Usually i get confirmation mail from amazon. This time i did not got any.
This means 2 things.
1. Amazon is not sending confirmation anymore, May be stopped temperory due to sale traffic.
2. Transaction did not detect smart buy.
In my CC statement generated today – I am seeing
16/10/2020 AMAZON HDFC SMARTBUY MUMBAI xx,xyz.xx
So it should be the case 1.
Frankly, This navigating from smart buy is one of the useless approach, i have ever seen. You can never be confident on what happened.
all affiliate sites works in same way only.
Best is like flipkart which has different url and shows only hdfc card payment option only
It looks like starting from Oct 1st (maybe even earlier), if you go via smartbuy to purchase on Amazon (and the transaction is tracked correct), the transaction is recorded as “Amazon HDFC Smartbuy …”. My Oct 1st purchase did trigger an email confirmation too, but my Oct 16th purchase hasn’t yet, but both of these transactions have been captured as “Amazon HDFC Smartbuy …”
My order date 19th October.
Didn’t receive email confirmation till date.
HDFC Debit Card statement shows are POS 5XXXXXXXXXXXXX SMARTBUY
Please let us know as and when you receive confirmation e-mails

Check the biller’s name in the OTP-SMS and email. What does it say? If it has SMARTBUY, then you will get whatever cashback/rp your entitled to.
