CashBack Accrual:
CashBack will be given in the form of CashPoints, which can be redeemed by you against the statement balance (on request only).
- The redemption against the statement balance will be at the rate of 1 CashPoint = ₹1 on IRCTC websiteReward Points will lapse on expiry of three years from the date of registration of the member
- Reward Points may be accumulated by the cardholder only during the period of the validity of the membership and any points accumulated by the cardholder must be redeemed, subject to the other terms hereof, within a period of 3 years from the date of registration of membership.
- Redemption shall be allowed only if Cardholder has accessed the IRCTC website through his own login by using his own username and password.
- Ticket purchased with points redeemed must have Cardholder as a passenger on the ticket
- Redemption can be made only against full fare of ticket, inclusive of fares of all the passengers on that ticket inclusive of services charges levied by IRCTC
- Reward Points can also be used for redemption against travel benefits like Flight & Hotel bookings and Rewards Catalogue at the SmartBuy Rewards Portal, at a value of 1 CashPoint = ₹0.30
- Redeem Reward Points at the conversion rate of 1 CashPoint = ₹0.30
- The minimum CashPoint balance required for redemption against the statement balance is 500 CashPoints.
