Hi, I tried paying credit card bill from bill pay but its getting failed repeatedly anyone else facing similar issues ?
In mail it shows invalid credentials for the reason behind transaction failure but I have checked everything is correct
is there any benefit of paying credit card bill using HDFC Bill pay?
I tried yesterday… with debit card option it is not working…but works smoothly with netbanking .. i think HDFC figured out the loophole 
Pehle Paytm putting 2k limit & now HDFC issue… definitely no Happy Diwali for dimers
I think it’s a temporary glitch. There is also a NetBanking maintenance scheduled for tonight.. I faced the issue 3 days ago where 2 payments failed but the 3rd failed.
What is benifit of paying via hdfc bill pay?
were you living under a rock till now ?? If you have platinum debit card you get 1% cashback on bill payment 750 max per month

hdfc billpay is working only for payment via saving account not via DC..Seems like end of LoopHole.

Hdfc BILLPAY via debit card still working for some accounts…
I think they deactivated for them who looted every month..
Jst paid frm frnds acc and it worked.
There is already upper limit of Rs750. So how can someone loot the system 🤦♂️
I was able to make one transaction on 8th of this month after that all are failing ..

Mailed them…I drop an mail and they replied tried other payment method .but if we do like from account..we won’t get the 1 percent cashback…
Still not working. Customer Care is trying to convince users to pay using netbanking. Same situation like HDFC 90 working days cashback which mostly never arrives.

Any idea when billpay will start working again? Many CC payments lined up in next 10 days.
I paid through Jupiter UPI and maxed out 500 rewards limit this month on UPI, still left 13K bill to pay.
