It’s still down. Raised a complaint 3 days back. Still no response. Given Estimated resolution date is 25th Nov which is too near to my due date. My 750 is gone. 🤬 HDFC will never be reliable.

Finally its not only me.. pagal bana rakha tha cc wale ne.. i have to pay icici cc bill.. i was doing till last month with hdfc cc.. now its failing.. same reason they gave biller side issue.. and started selling me health insurance.. i said fk off..

Is now the time to close platinum card and apply for millennia card?

So they have already charged for the Platinum card, which will not be reversed and will charge again for the Millenia card.

This is really nothing less than a scam by hdfc.

looks like , the party is over!! over-advertisement of getting 1% cb had killed this.

I’ll wait few days and see if they resolve it otherwise will switch to Millennia.

So let me get it right, Bank which which charges Rs 750+gst for a debit card, applies Rs 600+Gst non maintenance charge was unhappy that some customers were earning Rs 750 per month after paying for debit card and maintaining balance and decided to remove it, even though it was the offer with which they attracted people to pay Rs 750+gst in the first place?

Business with technology and scale, is more or less has become taking small amount (under Rs 1000) from Crore people.

Next best option to pay cc bills?

The point to be noted here is HDFC has yet not said that the offer is being withdrawn or the offer was actually a loophole that they are rectifying it.

They are still saying that this is a technical issue (at biller’s end 🥲).

Equitas rupay dc gives 0.26% if we redeem reward points for az gv.its 2rp on 150 spend or wallet load.

Not working still. But the error message in email has changed to “PBE10002-Unable to process.”

I don’t remember my last balance, but it seems i got cb. Not sure though
