This comes with BBPS enabled credit cards. With other cards, it should work.

I have an HDFC Bill Payment worth > 30K. But HDFC Bill Pay does not allow using Platinum DC for HDFC CC Payments. Any other trick/card which can fetch me 1% for HDFC bill payment?
