HDFC Billpay cashback query

I registered few billers (electricity bills) under HDFC Billpay option to make automatic payments, in December 2021.
And from January, it has been automatically deducting money from my Rupay platinum debit card.
But I’ve not received 5% cashback as promised by them. So how many days it takes to credit the 5% cashback after the transaction is completed ?

for 5% cashback and that too limited to Rs150, 60 days timeline is too much.
I could simply recharge my OLA wallet (with Rs 7145) every month with SBI OLA credit card and get 7% cashback (Rs 500), to pay for these bills.
Can I de-register these billers and still get the cashback for the transactions done in last two months ?
