My dad received an email from the rm which mentioned upgradation to preferred account. I clicked on upgrade to preferred account and was redirected to eva(hdfc internet chatbot) with a message – " your request has been sent, it will be processed. " Now I have the following 2 questions -
1) by when can I expect this upgrade? It’s already been almost a week and I can still be classic account on NetBanking.
2) does my dad have to maintain the 2 Lacs criteria for preferred account?

1. may be wait for another week, usually takes just one week
2.No, but if u do not maintain downgrade happens without your consent (like automatic upgrade happened now)
