HDFC Rupay debit card.

If you upgrade through net banking then I think only Easyshop Platinum with an annual fee of 750+ taxes is available on Visa network. To get Rupay Platinum you need to apply through branch by filling a form, enter code RRR01 or RRFL1(for salary accounts).

I think debit card is free for Classic account holders. Hope someone can confirm.

I am not paying any cost for debit card for 2-3 years now.
So, I don't think upgrade should cost.

No both are different card.

HDFC RuPay Platinum is officially Premium card and HDFC Platinum debit card is different card and currenctly not available on RuPay variant.

1. hdfc Rupay platinum card is different from easyshop platinum (for CC payments)

2. Netbanking issue easyshop platinum, need to request from bank for rupay platinum (no benefits on cc payments)

Very easy bro, just visit any branch & fill up card upgrade form just basic details & rest tell them you want Rupay Platinum.

₹236 / Year, If you want non customize than they may issue you instantly If you want customise then delivery in week.

Not sure but this bank is chingoos when it comes to issuing rupay debit cards so u might need to visit branch.

Anyways I got the clarity. I do not need Rupay Debit Card. Since it will serve my purpose.

Don't take Hdfc Rupay card atleast for now.

It won't work on Croma Discount, Samsung Discount even you won't able to do payment everytime error 500 page will be displayed.

Woh HDFC RuPay credit card pe hai abd minor problem hai, after complaint HDFC bank will solve the issue and discount working on samsung and croma.

not working for me , tried two sbi cards. CC said they stopped accepting rupay for wallet load

happens with rupay cc too. Its gateway issue not card

Thats why saying Don't take rupay card if u really want to avail offers.

When complaint to hdfc saying complaint to Merchant when asking samsung They are saying change your card offer not applicable on your card 😓

Complaint HDFC bank through twitter. Only HDFC bank will solve this issue.

First create a video about "error 500, RuPay otp page problem" and send to HDFC credit card team or complaint to higher level.

This are minor problems, once complaint goes to proper team they will solve the problem within a few days.

These are the emails. You can write a mail and send video to any of them:

Note - discount is working on croma and samsung website using HDFC RuPay Regalia, Freedom, Indianoil, Tata Neu card. Only otp page getting error.

Ok will do tomorrow but as per my understanding here issue might be From Payment gateway.. pg might not have updated compete bins for discount {500 error will send email}

and i know RuPay Moneyback+ is not working on discount the reason for that is HDFC bank's fault, they are not update the RuPay Moneyback+ BIN number.

But first thing we need to solve 500 error RuPay otp page problem and then RuPay moneyback+ problem.

Can we get 2 hdfc dc for same account?

I don't mind add on card provided it has fresh limits. For eg I have platinum dc can i get say another platinum dc will both give me ₹750cb for paying cc bills on hdfc billpay?
