This is only for Credit Card transactions.
Cashback for DC and Payzapp Card transactions are still pending.
Hence with this cashback the effective discount received on Amazon GV is 13.5%

Yes. Many are complaining about cashback on HDFC DC and Payzapp Card. But cashback on HDFC CC have been issued for August’20, November’20 & December’20.
For September’20 & October’20 it is pending and I have escalated this to bank via my RM. I will let everyone know about the updates on this.
By the way have you received CC cashback for December’20 transactions?
Is these smartbuy offer’s only for HDFC customer or can be availed via payzapp also
I don’t have HDFC account
Applicable for Payzapp also but you will have to make payment via Payzapp app and using Payzapp linked cards.
Aslo kyc is mandatory for getting cashback benefit.
You can check the Payzapp homepage banner(Upto 10x rewards/5% cashback…Learn more) and can refer to the detail terms and conditions for better clarity.

Maybe you got credit of another ₹584.96, but the maximum cashback for your card is ₹1,000. So the excess got reversed.

Hey Dimers, did anyone got DEC20 CB for Diners Card.
Got CB for MC Moneyback Card but not for Diners Cubmiles Card.
Same happened for Nov20 cashback too.

Everyone’s getting only 5% inspite of the 10% offer sale that time ?
Where do we register a complaint for this ?
Invalid smatbuy cashback reversed on my card. Reported to phone banking they took my complaint and after 10 days closed my conplaint without any reason. Asked me to contact smartbuy support. Now smartbuy support says only phone banking can handle this. Where the hell should I report?
If u are an account holder in HDFC, you can contact your RM to look into such issues.
did any one get cashback for october 2020 amazon transactions debit card payment
Only for October’20 is pending.
For rest of the months of 2020 cashback has already been credited.
For Oct 2020 did not receive the Smartbuy Target spend vouchers nor the Smartbuy cashback for the same. Anybody confirm for Oct 2020? So many issue with Smartbuy 
For Dec 2020 they credited only 5% inspite of Special sale of 10% on Amazon via Smartbuy between 23rd to 25th Dec 2020. Anybody with same problem?
