Mine is frozen since four months now. Even the highest level of escalation at CIBIL is not helping now. They give same automated BOT replies that they are working on it. Twitter support is shameless. They keep replying the same. I’ll have to approach RBI now since starting from this August, you can complain to RBI about issues with credit bureaus.

Above both URL’s I used for signup and it’s working fine. Got the report too.
In the Enquiry information, There are 8 enquiries visible to me for this year. But I have only appplied 2-3 cards and those are still in pending state but. Are these hard enquiries? And there are 2-3 enquiries by one bank.
I have never checked CIBIL from cibil's report. Always did thru Cred and on Cred its 850+ and on CIBIL its 770+. Why there is such difference.
Yes, a lot of people got their userid frozen recently while checking CIBIL from HDFC link, sensed something was cooking... Now we have the result.
