Help deciding on 43" TV

Dear dimers,
I am planning on getting a 43" smart TV and considering the following brands VU, OnePlus and MI.
More inclined towards VU as I already have a 32" model at home (non-smart TV) and the panel quality is great but worried about how well smart TV has been implemented.
How are OnePlus and MI? I keep hearing about Hisense too, how is it?
Main requirements:
1. Good panel
2. Easy to use interface for smart TV as it will be used by parents
3. Good sound clarity, not too keen on loud volume as it will be used in bedroom.
